Alright, I've tested it a few weeks now and could give a decent review. I have NOT been given this at a discount, so for those of you skeptical of these reviews like I was, here's a non-paid for one.
First, the handle at the top? It looks cushiony in the picture but it's stiff, I'm assuming styrofoam underneath. I kinda thought the straps would be thicker and more cushioned than they are. The mesh back cushions were a good idea but my back still gets hot after a while--but that could be my pregnant hormones. I use the side pockets for sippy cups but they're actually kinda big so the sippy doesn't stay in place very well. Also, nobody answered my question about washing instructions! So I'm just assuming it's wipe down only??
Those are my critical remarks. I still give this 5 stars cuz it's a million times better than a bulky diaper bag. I love the style of it, it's right up my alley. I love love love all the hidden pockets. Who doesn't love pockets? It's going to be so nice to have this when the new baby comes. Hands free is the way to go. We're not huge bag-stuffers, usually, so I definitely think this will fit everything for a toddler and baby. And while my back still sort of sweats, I love the back cushions because it makes it more comfortable than other backpacks. I also love that I can keep bottles and sippies upright, as opposed to a regular backpack.
Overall, I dig this bag and am glad I bought it.

Twin mom approved! Durable, plenty of space and great material...
We have 22 month old twins and are on our 2nd backpack and 2nd "regular style" diaper bag. Our first backpack had major zipper issues and we replaced with this one. There are plenty of pockets for bottles and cups and after a few months, the zippers are still holding up very well. The material is great to wipe off any spills. We use this a few times a week for trips to the park and zoo where it's easier to wear a backpack. I especially like the pocket in the bottom back of the pack where I store an extra set of clothes away from the rest of the things in the pack. My only recommendation would be to add a chest strap for the wearer, but that's more of a personal preference than a product issue.

Glorified backpack, falling apart after a month
By A. Luepke
I have owned this for just a little over a month and it's already falling apart with only light use, 2-3x per week. The padding on the back has come completely unstitched and the side pockets are beginning to come undone as well. For what this cost, I was expecting it to last a lot longer. If you don't need semi-insulated bottle pockets, I would recommend just getting a basic backpack and saving yourself the money and headache.
