Does not fit under the seat!
Unfortunately, I purchased this bag (after reading the glowing reviews of so many others). Not only did it NOT FIT UNDER THE SEAT of any of the airlines I flew on for my international trip, but after only 2 weeks of use the seams began to split and come apart. The bag itself it useful to a point. I have a small 13 inch computer that barely fit inside, and it really took up most of the space in the bag because the telescoping handle is housed inside the bag. This leaves a big bump at the back of the bag and then two small indents on either side of it where you can stuff small things. I am astonishingly disappointed in this product and really don't recommend it. Trust me. It will not fit underneath your airline seat and will have to go in the overhead bin.

Weak handles are a big negative
By Margaret Goodwin
I ordered this but packed it up to return it the day I got it. It's not a bad suitcase but it is not very good either. The two things I did not like and made me return it are the two handles. The telescoping handle feels very weak and I can't imagine having the case packed and depending on that handle to last very long. The other ONE material handle would be useless in the event the telescoping handle broke. There is just the one strap handle on top and it is very narrow. If that suitcase was packed, it would be very difficult to lift it with that one handle and it feels as if it would rip off easily with weight attached. I returned this right away and ended up getting the Sampsonite wheeled underseater. It has a much sturdier telescoping handle and has two strong handles attached to the case that feels much stronger. I had read the reviews for the Travelon and I know the handle was mentioned but I took the chance and ordered it. I should have listened so that is why I am writing my own review of it now. I guess if you would be using this for just traveling in a car and going a short distance and not dragging it through airports or through city streets it would be ok but I think for heavier travel- it does not feel up to the challenge to me.
